个人简介:  南开大学英才教授、博导,光电子薄膜器件与技术研究所,所长。天津市光电子薄膜器件与技术重点实验室主任。中国可再生能源学会,理事;中国可再生能源学会光电专业委员会,副秘书长;天津市可再生能源学会,理事;《太阳能学报》和《太阳能》两刊编委;全国专业标准化技术委员会,委员。
 
 先后入选中组部“万人计划”领军人才计划、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第一层次等;获天津市技术发明奖3项、天津青年科技奖、天津市巾帼发明家新秀奖。
 
 
 
 主持正在承担或已完成科技部“863”、“973”、国家基金、天津市科技支撑项目、天津基金项目等10余项。在薄膜沉积过程中等离子体诊断与模拟、器件质量级本征和掺杂层材料生长机理、单室沉积高效微晶硅电池、先进光管理的理论设计与实现和产业化非晶/微晶硅叠层电池组件关键技术研发等方面,取得了系列研究成果。作为第一或通讯作者在Sol. Energy Mater. Sol. Cells、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Nano Energy等刊物上发表SCI或EI收录文章近百篇;以第一发明人获授权发明专利16项;获5项达国际先进水平的省部级鉴定成果。
